푸가 소월: But Ball Still Rolls Party
Naming & Poster, Year: 2022, Client: Fugue Sowol‘푸가 소월(Fugue Sowol)’은 서울 남산 자락에 있는 작가 최대원과 조윤제의 아틀리에며 크리에이티브 스페이스입니다. ‘But Ball Still Rolls’ 파티는 2022년 12월 3일에 펼쳐진 16강 진출을 결정하는 대한민국과 포르투갈의 마지막 조별 경기를 함께 관람하는 행사였습니다. 인권과 종교, 협회 등 여러 논란이 끊이지 않았던 월드컵이었음에도, 대한민국과 포르투갈을 포함한 모든 국가의 대표팀 선수들은 묵묵히 자신을 역할을 해냈습니다. 모두가 “X같은 피파, X같은 카타르!” 라고 비난을 퍼부어댔지만, 필드 위의 축구공과 선수들의 4년간의 노력의 땀방울은 여전히 구르고 있었죠. Fuck FIFA, Fuck Qatar, But Ball Still Rolls.
"Fugue Sowol" is an atelier and creative space at the foot of Namsan in Seoul for the artist Choi Daewon and Cho Yoonjae. The "But Ball Still Rolls" party was an event to watch together the final group match between South Korea and Portugal, which took place on December 3rd, 2022. Despite the endless controversies over human rights, religion, and associations, national team players from all countries, including South Korea and Portugal, silently performed their roles. Everyone criticized, "Xcuk FIFA, Xuck Qatar!". But the sweat drops of the players struggling hard about 4 years and the ball on the field were still rolling. 좆같은 피파, 좆같은 카타르, 하지만 공은 여전히 구른다.
